De asemenea, el este si consultant extern pentru OECD pe subiecte legate de politici rurale si management. El este cercetator activ si permanent pentru consortiul de Studii Internationale Comparative asupra Politicilor Rurale. De asemenea, a participat la mai multe proiecte de cercetare pentru administratiile europeana, spaniola si catalana care studiaza si formuleaza recomandari pentru politici din domenii privind strategii teritoriale, antreprenoriat si dezvoltare rurala.
